…..or A.I. AYE to be precise!

If you have not heard of A.I. imaging yet, you soon will do, Imagine a bot with instant access to every image on the internet - you give the bot a few words and ask it to learn how to create an artpiece with that, and that is the simple version. Tweaking the art using descriptive words, a bit of code here and there, and drawing on your own experiences is the key to nailing the artwork and it can take a helluva long time to get it just right.

‘Right’ is not the right word though, as on initial inspection, the image is enthralling and the creativity pulls you in close. But take a real close look….. the image isn’t quite what it seems.

Look even closer and you will see the image makes no sense at all. But as a whole it’s captivating. Two things I have figured whilst on this journey - 1. The image you get is not the image you wanted or imagined but the surprise of getting something you couldn’t imagine is what makes it dopamine friendly! 2. It is so dream-like that I imagine this is how are brains construct the visions we have at night. They make perfect sense initially until you wake up and it begins to unravel. All of a sudden you wonder how it could of made sense at all!
